New changes(changelog):

- New milestone - Introduce 3 new mode to help administrator with their data security management.
'u4' - create directories/subdir on destination only
'u5' - create/overwrite file & dir structure on destination; no deletion on destination involved.
'u6' - sync files(found in dir ,sub-dir) to 'single level' destination folder only. don't create any directory /sub-directory structure on destination

- New feature for ncat user - An option to provide a range of custom nc port; Vrangesync will random select from the range of ports when do ncat data transfer for every new transfer. It will increase the security and deter any network sniffer.
